Clare-A-Thon

Clockwork Angel (Graphic Novel) - HyeKyung Baek, Cassandra Clare City of Lost Souls - Cassandra Clare

The Clare-A-Thon: Taken from the goodreads page: The Cassandra Clare-A-Thon is organized by Beth over @bethjune327 and Jamie over @jamie_leigh18 . It's a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01 am Thursday April 16th and runs through Wednesday April 22nd in whatever time zone you are in! There will be challenges, giveaways and a grand prize!  - During this read-a-thon, you can read any of Cassandra Clare's book whether it's the Mortal Instruments series, the Infernal Devices trilogy, the Bane Chronicles, or the graphic novels! The hosts, Beth (bethjune327) and Jamie (ermahgerdberks) are both booktubers and I will link their videos discussing this read-a-thon below!

What I plan on reading: The Infernal Devices is one of my favorite trilogies so I wanted to check out the graphic novels for the series so I hope to read the first one during this Clare-A-Thon! Also, I may start City of Lost Souls, the 5th book in the mortal instruments series. However, I'm very hesitant to do so. I liked the original trilogy a few years ago and then she extended the series and I read the 4th one in January and really didn't like it so I was debating whether I wanted to finish it or not. So if I can't get into City of Lost Souls - I am not going to force myself to read it.

Is anyone else particpating in the Clare-a-thon?? Have you read any of Cassandra Clare's books? And more importantly - have you read City of Lost Souls and was it much better than City of Fallen Angels?!
