This week topic is... to list our favorite top 5 book spines! There are a lot I love, but of my collection these are my favorites :)

1. Attachments by Rainbow Rowell

- I love the typography, and the heart paperclip that complements the cover and the story. It's cute just like the story :) 5/5 stars

2. Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen

- I love stripes on spines! Especially when they are bold like this and I love how in this instance the stripes really represent the book since it's set at a circus :) LOVE IT! And this book is one of my faves! 5/5 stars

3. The Silver Linings Playbook by Matthew Quick

- This is a movie edition but I don't even mind - love that bright yellow spine!! And the typography! Matches the book well - I really enjoyed this one! 4/5 stars

4. Cinder by Marissa Meyer

- I love all the spines together - Cinder, Scarlet, and Cress! Love that there are illustrations from the cover on the spine, love when books do that! It's beautiful! LOVE this series - definitely one of my faves. Maybe even second to Harry Potter! 5/5 stars

5. My Name is Memory by Ann Brashares

- This may be my favorite book cover of all time! I love it - it's so beautiful and serene and shimmery! Love the gradient of blues and greens with the shimmering effect and the white! This spine is gorgeous as the cover!! Also love this book! Beautiful! 4.5/5 stars
